modamecouture @sei_molta_bella I am turning 34 this year.i work out over an hr a day sometimes 2. I do so many different exercise routines in order for my body to not get use to the same thing. I have a life long injury now, so I have to limit my weights to a maximum of 8lbs each, no jumping allow for me. So I work out at a slower pace but the results are awesome. I love the TONE IT UP girls in Youtube. They have amazing booty workouts, total body and my favorite HIIT workouts!!

modamecouture @sei_molta_bella I am starting to limit my squats because I don't want my thighs to get thick, squats tend to build larger thigh muscles while lifting the butt so I started floor exercises with less squats to build up the butt muscles without making bulky thighs.💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
