Mermaid form fitting formal over the neck dress

it’s only been wore a few times! All of the jewels and gems are still in place, it doesn’t fit my chest anymore sadly and I’ve only had it for a short while! I need to get this out of my closet ASAP! It’s silky and depending on how tall you are it’ll have a little bit of a train in the back, I’m 5’1 and it’s long on me, it almost fits like a mermaid in the thigh area! Let me know if you want it
