justine_steph @yaelmeisler The FAQs section can probably better answer your question on returns (I’ve not had to this so far in my Posh experience). Regarding payment, when a buyer’s $ has transferred to Poshmark then you receive an email with shipping label and once the buyer clicks Accept Delivery or the 4th day after delivery if no dispute is filed, the $ is then released to your balance and Poshmark emails you the alert and then you can transfer to your bank or request a check. Hope this is helpful
