@thelouisgasm - I actually haven’t received it yet, the post office put a tag on my door the other day to reschedule the delivery. But their system won’t let me reschedule, I need to call Monday to get some answers

I just found the tracking number and it seems that the package was delivered to a L Wong in San Carlos, CA 94070. I don’t know anybody in San Carlos, I’ll look into this

@thelouisgasm - I did some more digging and it looks like it got sent back to Poshmark. When it was originally delivered I tried to reschedule a delivery but the system wouldn’t allow me. The USPS delivery log states that they tried to deliver to me back on the 16th which it did not happen (I have security cameras) 😞. I just don’t think this is gonna work out, I’m sorry. I need to send you back the pieces that you sent me

@tanyamayhall I'm so sorry it didn't work out. You will need to contact Poshmark as I do not have any access to their systems. They are responsible for the financial part of the transaction. I will do my best to help, however, I am limited by their process. Please let me know if there's something else I can do to assist. Thanks..

@tanyamayhall no bother at all. Did you check your spam folder? They typically respond within 24 hrs and follow up with an automated message when your message arrives. I can send them a message tomorrow asking for a status. Do you know when they received the bag back?

@tanyamayhall The situation seems to be very unusual... I recommend: reaching out again: forward the original email you sent (reference the original order date, your user ID, order reference #... ) with a recap. IF they don't respond with the stated time-frame, call your card company and file a dispute. I can't imagine it would get to that point... but it would force a dialogue in the event you don't get a message back. I can send you any detail that could help. I can also send a msg too

@tanyamayhall I will keep you posted if I hear any new updates ... pls let me know if there's something I can do further to help. Did you send them back the duster too. I think they probably have to escalate this up the ladder as their "front-liners" aren't prepared to manage something like this..?? In any case, please don't panic... I have always known them to follow thru albeit... not always as quickly as we would like. They're getting bigger... I'm sure it is growing pains...

@thelouisgasm - as you mentioned I did send a second email with a question as to “why they did not reply” on Wednesday. I do not want to dispute unless I for sure you are taken care of… The bag in your possession or the money in your bank.

@tanyamayhall just checked my posh account. They dinged me for it. I assume they are going to send it back to me. Unfortunately there’s no one to speak directly to as they don’t give out a phone # or anything. Bummer. Thanks for being so nice about it!

@thelouisgasm - they said absolutely nothing! I checked my credit card and there’s a credit from Poshmark. They still have not responded to any of my emails. I’m so sorry that they dinged you, I’m not stopping until they respond to me and not penalized you. We did nothing wrong, the post office is to blame.
