stephintexas Hi Rosanna, I finally heard back from PM yesterday. "Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or a refund. Additionally, the buyer must reach out to Poshmark themselves in order to be properly assisted." Not sure how to proceed. Would a 50% refund be satisfactory and you keep the shoes?

jsandel411 Hi. Thanks you for the interest in my two pair of Drew shoes. What you offered is way below what I can take. These are brand new and offering 25% of what the list price is usually considered an insult, which I'm sure you did not mean. A lot of us try to make extra income on this site and Poshmark always takes 20% of what is paid.
