Hi there. The rating system is ment to rate the seller and their customer service. Not fit of clothing. I listed the pants as the size they said in the tag. I also provide measurements in ALL of my listings. There's literally no other thing I could have done. I'm sorry the pants don't fit. But that's not what the rating system is for...
