allieberg @rkramirez they’ve finally responded - SIX DAYS LATER. I’m so sorry for the trouble. They are asking that you submit a claim against the order. They can’t do anything from my end after the funds get released. 🙄 I’m not super impressed by their responsiveness, I’m sorry!
