abyqueena2 @aescultureclub yes it really a lovely shoe but the problem is that it is too big for me I was small 9 or 8.5 I thought it will fit me like other once I have I will appreciate if I can return and I promise to keep shopping with you when you have small 9 or 8.5. Thanks for your reply

merakishop @abyqueena2 Go to “My Purchases” and select the green shoes. Then select “Problem Inquiry” and select “Order not as described” and explain that the shoe size was wrong. Take a photo of the bottom of the shoe w shoe size visible and attach it to your message. Hopefully That should work.

I strive for all 4 or 5 star ratings and I’ll do what I can to help all of my customers. 💐💐💐Shipping is expensive these days, and I hate to hear when a customer is not happy, after paying so much.
