@foxarazzi I leave on Jan 6th. The large measurements sound like they will be huge on me though. Do you think the one I got is actually a medium? If so, then yes I will happily take a large.

I am sorry to hear all of that. I hope you feel better soon. So, what can happen from here? I obviously wont be able to wear or use the dress at this point as it is way too small. What are the options? I have never dealt with this before from ordering through posh as its always been a positive experience. It was an expensive dress to have the measurements so off. I have pictures of the dress waist and what it measures etc. It does not equal the medium size chart at all. I am disappointed.
