bisforbunnys I’m sorry you felt you could only give me 4 stars. You mentioned the reason was the strap on the bag had been swapped. If you read the description you would see that was stated in the listing and shown in the photos. I’m sorry about your disappointment but as I said I did describe this in the listing. I feel I did my best with my performance as a seller but thank you for the 4 stars.

lexi_shoppe You mentioned changing the strap and that was all. You did not mention that the condition of the replacement strap was old and used. I couldn't tell that the replacement strap was old and used from the photos. That was not described correctly.
