conniedemartin Same here I've been a power seller on ebay since 2002 this is a very different format and requires more work but it seems to be paying off

brown732 @conniedemartin Hey. I do have some questions. I have two offers today and both want to pay with cashier checks. Is this something you have run into? I am just used to eBay where you can’t give out any of your personal information. Thanks again for reaching out.

conniedemartin Wow that's a new one on me too. All my sales thus far go directly to Poshmark who then holds onto the money until I ship the item and it is recieved and accepted by the buyer. At that time it is released to me and I either request a check or a bank transfer. As far as I understand it no monies are ever exchanged directly between buyer and seller. So if they are paying by cashier checks they are actually paying Poshmark not you. Sounds off to me. I'd email Poshmark and ask them how that works.
