Morwenna, I see you purchased my Pikolino suede boots just as I left town for a two week vacation. I will not be able to mail the boots until I return to Denver on the 8th. If this is too long for you to wait for them, I have no problem cancelling the order. Let me know if you decide to cancel. I would understand. It´s a good deal on the boots but may be too long to wait. Thanks. Erin

Hi Morwenna, I cannot download a shipping label so I contacted PM. Hopefully, they will fix the issue today. If you have a minute to verify with them you still want the boots, that would be great. If not, I’ll just wait on them. No other purchases got canceled so I’m confused why they did that. I’ll do my best to fix it.

Thanks so much for the quick rating! 😊 I strive hard to maintain a 5-star rating on every sale & I’m sorry Columbia’s sizing policy kept you from giving me that 5th star. 😕 I had no way of knowing the capris ran small & nobody had asked for measurements, so I didn’t post any - I just assumed a size 10 was a size 10. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m so sorry you were disappointed. 😕

@mo1174 I am packing order now- I realized 3 pkgs are “sheer and Soft” vs “comfort”. I added pictures if you go to my listings. It should be first listing. Scroll through pictures as it is last pictures added. I want you to be 100% satisfied. They are both same size. We can change order if you need to. I have 3 sheer snd soft and 2 comfort. I won’t mail until you confirm that you want mixture. Thank you again.🥰

@mo1174 Also I did find one more “comfort” but it is out of box. Open pkg. Not used or tried on. It is the one I took picture of when we were trying to figure out if they would fit you. …..so I could potentially do 3 comfort and 2 soft.

@mo1174 ok, thought my hubby had mailed yesterday but Post Office was already closed. 🙄I need to reach out to Posh so I can cancel this order- I don’t want you to pay for the 2 soft and sheer. I am so sorry for my thinking all 5 were the same. I’ll get this cancelled and then you can purchase 3 comfort. Posh May take 24-48 hrs to respond to my request 😔

@elizabeth_duffy no worries I’m sorry I wish I could do those sheer, but I am too clumsy with them. Thanks for going thru the extra trouble! It’s no rush for me either so take your time! If you periodically get these stockings and it’s easier to just leave the order as is, I would be OK with you sending the other 2 later.. whatever is easiest for you:-) Thank-you again!
