kurthillson Hello, I see you’ve opened a Case on the Burberry trench coat I sold you. If it’s not too much trouble I’d really like know what you thought was wrong with it! I’ve always loved that coat and would hate to see it get ruined/lost in the mail or have any damages go unnoticed by me before I️ sold it! kurthillson @zain_g I would just like to know why you opened a case against the item that I sent you, I was not aware that anything was wrong with it. What was not to your liking? I’d also like to resolve this together instead of through poshmark because they take forever and can be a bit of a pain in the rear-end to deal with. At the end of the day I just want to get receive what the coat is worth and have my customers satisfied! 😌 I’m willing to offer some remedies if you’d like to tell me what went wrong

kurthillson @zain_g I’ve never actually dealt with a Return via Poshmark due to size.. I’m not sure how that works, because our money and shipping goes through the app as a middle-man. If it was just me, I️ wouldn’t mind refunding you, however I don’t think it’s possible for me to do that through this app. I was going to offer you a large discount on the Blue sweater I have listed because you showed interest in it earlier, but I doubt you’d want to spend more money now.

rachelfox38 I greatly appreciate your purchase but I regret to inform you that I will have to cancel this item, as I was bucking to take to post office just now i noticed a small section on the outer seam of belt that appears to be scuffed now it’s not very noticeable while wearing but i don’t feel Itcan be sold for this price given that imperfection. the honest thing to do is disclose the damage & repost at 50% off, if you no longer wish to purchase I completely understand
