lcwood12 @kdjeheron sorry for the delay. They let me know that the buyer actually has to initiate the inquiry with them in order for them to help at all. Sorry I couldn’t do it from my side! They did say they have a process for this type of issue though, so I’m sure they will be able to help! I do want you to be able to keep everything so hopefully we can make that work.
