myfashbash Hi I recently purchased the Paige jeans from you. I just received them in the mail to find stretch ripples all over the front legs, sides and butt. My guess is that is why they are not fitting me at all. Nothing regarding this was mentioned or pictured.

kelseykubiak @myfashbash I stated that they were stretchy and that's why they were too big on me. I did steam and iron them before I sent them but I am sorry that they had ripples in them. If they do not fit you can reject them and send them back.

myfashbash @kelseykubiak stretchy is not the same as streched. I guess I just didnt understand the description then. Looks like (for lack of a better example) a sweater when you snag a thread and it bunches up. I tried to smooth it down but it bunches. Then i put them on hoping you would not tell but its very obvious. I have no idea how that would even happen. So to return would I just be mailing it back to to the return address? Will I have to pay to ship it back as well?

kelseykubiak @myfashbash I'm sorry that they are like that. When I put them on there were not obvious stretch marks but they were too big. I don't know the exact way to return them but I know you can reject and send them back so you don't have to pay. I would look at your postmark emails or online and see. I don't think you should have to pay for shipping

kelseykubiak @myfashbash looks like the return was accepted. I'm really sorry that they did not fit. I was hoping to find someone who was a few sizes bigger than me so that they would fit with the stretch of the jeans. I'm sorry they did not work out!

myfashbash I just wanted to let you know they sent me the message saying the return was excepted but for whatever reason I did not get the return label they mentioned. I just emailed the support team and just waiting to hear back
