ivyellen76 @jessicazieroff Hi Jessica! I'm happy to help! When someone purchases, you are emailed a shipping label (buyers pay the shipping). You can also download from the sale page in the app. Just use that on any box/Tyvek envelope or USPS Priority Mail box/envelope (NOT Flat Rate, just Priority Mail - you can get them at the post office or order for free at USPS.com). You can drop at the post office or schedule a free pick-up. (More below.)

ivyellen76 @jessicazieroff Once the buyer receives the item, they have three days to accept to give them time to ensure the item is as described. Once they accept, your funds are released and can be used to buy on Poshmark or can be direct deposited into your bank account. Try to make sure you're as honest as possible in the listing about the condition, and you shouldn't have any problems. :)

ivyellen76 @jessicazieroff I recommend setting up your bank account now so it's easy to transfer. It takes 1-3 days to process and be available in your bank account once transferred. Also, buyers can submit offers on your items as well via the Offer feature. Use that instead of negotiating in the comments. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

ivyellen76 @jessicazieroff No problem at all! :) And oh yes, that's a scam. You will see that, you'll see people ask for trades, and to sell on other platforms. Ignore those comments, or you can report and block them. Definitely keep transactions in the app and you'll have the protection Posh offers buyers and sellers :)
