elham25 @jabarrett38 hey! If you’re unhappy with the bag, feel free to send it back! It is 100% authentic - you can take it to a Tory store to confirm. I bought it at the Tory Burch store in London. Also, I cleaned the entire bag and put it in a dust bag for you before I shipped it out.

jabarrett38 @elham25 hey! I would like to return it. TY! My sil used to work at TB & I have a fair amount of TB products :) Lack of weight of the bag alone is what initially made me nervous was a knock off. TB bags tend to have a good heft too them & on the heavier side...one downside of her bags. Leather is diff then any of my other pebbled leather TB bags. That & the metal looks like tarnished in a few slots. Interior large pocket was clean. Side pockets weren’t. Chunk of something in the one 😬

elham25 @jabarrett38 I think you need to submit the request for refund through poshmark. Again, this bag is 100% authentic. I have a ton of Tory bags and shoes - all of which I have purchased exclusively from the Tory Burch store. Which is why I suggested you take it to the store and have them verify it’s authenticity.

elham25 @jabarrett38 Just because the material is different then what you expected, does not make it unauthentic. Again, I have no problem taking it back - but I know the process has to be done through poshmark on your end.
