trishabranagin Ok so I went through the att website to unlock it and I can send u a screenshot of the email it said since I have a past due balance (which is incorrect) I just have to ship my shattered iphone back that I received a replacement for so hopefully once I mail this damaged phone out to them and the usps scans the label then hopefully it will let me do it because once they scan that label then my account shld be taken care of. So I do apologize but I promise I’m working on it!!!

trishabranagin I will definitely keep you updated! I appreciate you checking it out and that’s irritating that it’s able to be unlocked but they won’t until they receive my damaged phone but I’ve already got it in the box with the return label on it ready to be picked up so it shldnt be long 🤞🤞
