sofemale I'm terribly sorry to hear that there was damage to the dress you purchased from me. I inspected it before it was taken to the cleaner in excellent condition so I didn't think to inspect as closely after. I am terribly sorry. I do hope it can be fixed. Poshmark doesn't allow me to offer partial refunds, otherwise I'd compensate you ! Again, apologies.
