hollyhaas1011 @sass8class I need help! My first listing somehow showed up 3 times and I didn’t know. So a second person thought they bought them too. How do I prevent this from happening again? I tried to contact customer service but haven’t heard back yet

sass8class @hollyhaas1011 interesting, that has never happened to me- make sure you stay away from the copy listing button, if you pressed it by accident it might be why- also check your closet page every time you list something , so you can remove the excess ones if it happens again, there might have been a glitch if you didn’t copy the listing. I would still contact customer service.

sass8class @hollyhaas1011 ohhh I just saw what happened - you listed it as a multiple item listing- that doesn’t mean you’re selling 2 pairs of shorts it means you’re selling multiple listings of the same listing. For example , if I have 3 pairs of shorts in the same size , I can list it as 3 items- that way you don’t need to relist when you sell one of the three. If you are selling a bundle - like you have it’s still one item listing

sass8class You will need to cancel the second order, and for the reason enter that you do not have the items.

sass8class The third one just shows as sold out listing because you have now sold 2 out of 2 . Hope that helps ❤️
