carlyrose16 @howardeboni154 I saw the rating and I am disappointed that I shipped within 30 minutes of your purchase and you would rate my ship time to be slow. Unfortunately we are in a pandemic and if you check USPS it is not my fault that they are having extreme backlog of packages. I shipped quicker then anyone could possibly ask for. howardeboni154 @carlyrose16 well it was my mistake because I actually wrote that I received it before Christmas for my daughter and your packaging was awesome. I thanked you and everything. I must’ve wrote it under the wrong consumer as I have a bracelet I ordered the same day and it hasn’t even shipped. My apologies. How can I edit my comment? You can see if you can edit rating let me google and see if that’s possible otherwise you just click help under customer service and tell them it was the wrong rating and a mistake. I felt so bad cause it’s been so crazy with shipping right now and I am working like around the clock to get everything out immediately so I felt bad i got my first 4 star review. Thank you 🙏 for clarifying to me hun.
