@txvolmom laying flat it is 17 1/2" which equals to a 35" waist and stretched it is 22"

Hi @txvolmom,, I just slightly countered your offer on the kitty bank because shipping is going to cost you $4 less here on Poshmark than it would on the other site but PM is going to charge me a higher fee. Even with my counter offer, you're saving $3 over what you were going to pay on the other site. I hope this seems reasonable to you.
