nounoucha Please if you are not planning to ship the Gucci scarf, cancel the order so poshmark can refund my money! Otherwise, you clearly scamming people! Why you would remove the scarf from the listing right after it’s purchased!?

cmpitas @nounoucha Hi! I am so sorry about any confusion. I shipped the scarf on 3/31. It hasn’t been scanned yet. I am hoping there is just a delay because of the holiday weekend. I have sent an inquiry message to Poshmark and your money has not been added to my account. I will be sure to get it to you as soon as possible. I am so sorry and will call the postal office first thing on Monday.

cmpitas @nounoucha Hi again, I also just sent an inquiry because, like you said, the scarf is not listed on my account. I didn’t remove it. I’m not sure what happened, so I’ll get that fixed and back up ASAP, too.

nounoucha @cmpitas thank you for the update- and sorry if my tone was a bit harsh- I was just scammed in poshmark this past week.. so I didn’t want this to happen again. I hope this gets resolved- poshmark are very professional in those circumstances.. please keep me updated- Thanks hanen

cmpitas @nounoucha Totally get it! I had asked Poshmark how I can let ya know about the postal delay, so I’m glad you reached out! Last night I submitted a USPS service request to locate your scarf. I have a pic of this & also 1 of the package I sent to you w/ the tracking #. I can email them to you. Maybe the listing is gone b/c it’s “pending” & it’ll show up as “sold” like the shoes I sold do? Poshmark is hopefully going to get back to me about this too. I’ll keep ya posted!

cmpitas @nounoucha Hi! I heard back from USPS & they’re having me wait 7 business days before I can complete a missing package report. Also, I reached out to Poshmark customer service again to get the listing back up b/c it’s still saying “Listing not available.” I will continue to keep you posted. Thank you so much for your patience!

cmpitas @nounoucha Thank you for keeping me posted, Hanen. Did you see that the scarf is back up on my listings now and it says it’s sold? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m so stressed and bummed...the scarf was beautiful. Crossing my fingers it will get to you or back to me. You bring up a good point, though, and I’ll see about a refund from USPS in the meantime.
