charlenedddd @donnastreasures hi I need your help, first of all I had to open up a new account because I opened this account up through Facebook which is yahoo. I haven't used this email account in forever so I can't retrieve my emails. My second brother is that I have order about 3 or 4 items which I see that has not been processed for shipment.

donnastreasures @charlenedddd Send an e-mail to Poshmark & let them know that you had to change your account & why. For your email, you should be able to go in and request a new password. As far as the orders go, the sellers have up to a week to send them out. If you don’t see them as shipped by tomorrow night, you might want to contact them and ask them when it will be shipped out

donnastreasures @charlenedddd It can take a few days for them to get back to you. I use gmail & I found it helpful to create a separate account just for my Poshmark account
