nici_nini Hello! I just saw your rating. There shouldn’t have been any dings or dents in the heels. Could it have come from transit? If something isn’t quality, it would not posted at all. They are also cork wedges so they will have some natural markings & they were also worn/not new. I’m sorry you weren’t 100% satisfied but I do appreciate an honest rating. It helps me to improve.
