lizradke22 Hi, u purchased serum from me couple of months ago. Thank u for the four star rating, I appreciated it. However, I’d like to know why u cited ”item cleanliness” to be a problem, since I take pride in cleaning the products I am sending out with alcohol then I rinse with water. I just want to improve for next time. Thanks!

brittniclee18 @lizradke22 The product I received from you was actually dirty, it leaked out in the packaging and it also looked used. It also was not the same quality as the serum that I have purchased before. Giving a four star rating was actually generous. I appreciate the price you sold it to me for, however; it was unusable.

lizradke22 @brittniclee18 ok, so it definitely wasn’t used. Sorry it leaked, but I did secure it so that wouldn’t happen. If you’d like to pick out something from my closet, close to the price of the $20 serum, I’d be happy to send it to u. I always receive great reviews from people that I sent similar products to. I’m sorry u had a bad experience, but I’d like to make it right.

rokiy Hi Brittany thank you for the offer on my blue Lulu! You know, I was debating if I should remove the listing because I am really not sure it’s its authentic. If I want I can accept your offer and if you don’t like it you can return it I think? Or I can sell it to you for $10 and you just keep it. rokiy @brittniclee18 hi Brittany. It was actually the pattern or the small holes in the fabric. But I compared it to 3 of my other race length swiftlys and it looks the same! Anyway if you still want it I’d accept $15. Lmk tmrw though cause someone else wanted it. Tx!
