brigitte_holmes @pawfectcloset I posted this bag several years ago and I no longer have it. Also I never received a ‘bid’ nor did I agree to any kind of price. This just showed up as having sold, without me having done anything. So I’m sorry but I don’t know how this happened.

pawfectcloset That is how it works. A buyer or seller can send an offer or the buyer can just purchase out right. When you sell something and still have it posted on particular websites you should either mark it as sold or remove it because it’s very frustrating for buyers having to wait up to two weeks to get their money back. Please contact Poshmark Support and ask them to refund me.

pawfectcloset Also when you see somebody has purchased something that you don’t intend on shipping you should contact them and poshmark support right away instead of making the buyer wait and wonder🙏

pawfectcloset I’m not sure why you did not cancel this yourself but pretty disappointing having to wait eight days to cancel myself and then several more days to actually get my refund
