meme59 I purchased a Corky’s little girl’s coat from you and haven’t received it yet. Tracking states that a delivery was attempted. I found a note in my mailbox from the mailman that says I owe $20+ for additional postage because the item shipped was in the wrong kind of box. I have no idea if this was the coat or not, just trying to retrace steps on my recent purchases. Is there any way for you to research this on your end by chance?

agreen2525 @meme59 Hi--I'm sorry you're having trouble. The update on my end says "Delivery Attempted - No Access To Delivery Location, November 14, 2019, 1:38 pm, CALEDONIA, MI, 49316". The coat was shipped in a USPS Priority box with the priority label provided by Poshmark, so there should not be any problem with postage. Please contact your local post office and see what they can tell you. Keep me posted! I don't know what I can do from here, but again I'm sorry you're having trouble!

meme59 @agreen2525 Thanks for your response! I’ve been in Florida and just returned yesterday to the note about postage due. Here’s what it says: “postage was only paid for Priority but sent in Priority Express box which costs more...$20.65 due” Should I contact Poshmark customer service? I really don’t want to pay $20 for a $12 coat😂

agreen2525 Hmmm sounds like there was a mix up on my end--so sorry! Can you request the post office return to sender? Then I'll fix it up properly. I don't want to spend another $20 on a $12 coat either!! I'm so sorry about this!

meme59 @agreen2525 I stopped by my local post office after work today and I’m afraid that I don’t have good news to report. I saw the package and it is indeed from you. I have until tomorrow before they return the package to you. They will not release the package back to you without receiving the $20.65 due😩 I, too, contacted Poshmark customer service last eve and have not heard back yet. It’s my hope that they will cover the cost of the error as good customer service🤞

meme59 I heard from Poshmark and while I’m not thrilled with their solution, I’m not sure where else to turn. They want me to pay the additional postage, I need to provide a paid receipt to them and they’ll offer me a Poshmark credit for future use. Have you heard something different from them? This whole process has become very wearing and I a little bit feel as if I’m being penalized for something that happened out of my control...

agreen2525 Oh no! Poshmark told me to have you return to sender--sounds like the USPS will not cooperate with that. I am so sorry about this. I'm going to contact Poshmark again with the additional info you obtained and see if I can pay the additional postage and maybe Poshmark will credit me. I'm on here all the time, so if they credit my account it's totally fine. I'm going to see if I can get someone on the phone later this morning and I'll get back to you asap.

agreen2525 Ok, Poshmark says they'll credit me if I pay the extra expense, so go ahead and have your post office return the package to me and I'll reship it--properly this time!! I'm so, so sorry for all this run around.

I already have a large store credit with Land’s End that I’m going to have a hard time using. While I’m sure that I would use a Poshmark credit, I much prefer paying at the time of purchase.
