Can you please either send back the item you purchased from me or release funds? This is my main source of income and I am out my item and money. This has been ready for you to pick up since dec 9. It is now dec 19. This is not fair to me. Especially right before the holidays. And posh support is so overwhelmed that they aren’t of any help either. I am begging you to please release my funds or at least send the item back.
