adoyle413 @vsing002 Hey there! The tags are usually a dead give away. Below the Chanel tag it has to have a white tag that says “made in France” along with a series of two numbers and a letter. Like the black Chanel dress I have you can see it says 01P, this means that it is from the spring 2001 line (p standing for the French word for spring which is printemps)

adoyle413 @vsing002 some cases this tag can fall of (as you can see in the other Chanel dress I have listed) so for that you can go by just the look of the Chanel tag. Make sure the stitches are straight and the Chanel letters look right. There is always another tag as well inside the shirt or dress that will depict the material content and such, so make sure that’s there as well and looks legit.

adoyle413 @vsing002 Also a lot of these fakes have a size tag that is marked S,M,L, and you will never see that on an authentic Chanel piece. It must always be European sizes. And lasted a lot of fakes have a “Chanel” price tag attached to it and it will be attached with a cord with a CC logo plastic circle on the string, you will never see that on a real Chanel piece.

Take a look at my Chanel pieces and become familiar with what those tags look like, they are authentic and any Chanel piece you are considering buying should have tags that are identical to those!
