Has an intricate large ruffle collar, button front with 3 different types of buttons. Has a cool cut out triangle design on the right side of the chest. Has two side pockets. Interiors is lined with adorable polka dots! Marked size 38, on inner fabric tag it’s marked as a Large. Fabric is 75% modal, 25% Polyamide, interior lining 100%polyester
