@theweirdsister yes- the waist is 18” flat and the front is 10” from crotch to button. The hips are about 45” around. I am a size 16 and they are snug on me, partly because my torso is long and they don’t come to my natural waist. So they are meant to be worn lower then your natural waist.
I loved them when they fit me- but quarantine/post baby life got me like.....lmao
