Tasseled Lace-up neckline. Elastic waist. Ivory cream color with multicolor flowers. Condition: Pre-owned. Gently used. No holes or rips but the lace-up string looks to have a faint color transfer on it. Seems to have a slight blue tint. Not really noticeable but wanted to disclose.
