Material Girl NWOT Hi-Lo Mixed Media Dress (S)

Beautiful rich Royal Blue dress by Material Girl. 2-Layers. The dress is stretchy & thick--almost like a Scuba material--it feel like that on the inside, but the outside is knit. There are mesh cutouts on both sides of the waist. At the waist is a sheer material which is full in back & comes just past the waist, leaving just the middle portion of the dress exposed. It's really cute! The dress portion is above the knees, & the sheer part is shorter on the sides (still much longer than the dress) and gets pretty long in back. Size The dress is 95% Polyester/5% Spandex. The mesh overlay is 100% Polyester. Size Small.
