Size 23 which is a toddler size 6.5 to a 7 Mary Jane shoes. Both pair are brand new never worn. These are super cute. They were too small for my toddler so I had to order a bigger size. I paid $22 a piece for these from a boutique plus shipping. One pair is black and the other is a brown/tan color. It is very close to the cognac color that comes in the L’amour brand shoes.
