Never worn. •Fold over jewel neckline with a slight cowl profile. Two pleats go through full length with side pleats on the collar. •Red & grey tartan plaid. Fine wool cashmere blend with silk lining. •NOTE: belt has flaws: there are holes on the inside, they are not visible from front of the belt. •The dress was stored in a protective bag separately and has no flaws. •Measures flat approx.: •Across underarms:18" •Shoulder to hem: 40" Waist: 18" This dress is very high quality; through the design, fabric and construction. I do hope someone will wear it since I 'd rather it not go to a landfill. A lot was paid for this and despite the belt flaw, the dress is a standout.
