Mardi Gras Joker Mini Dress

Vintage Mardi Gras / joker /NOLA New Orleans anytime style mini dress OR top … it does have a slit in the back so prob more of a top but I think wearing as a mini dress with some little hot pants under and some white boots would be so fun and adorable ! It also reminds me of a Grateful Dead Acid Bear with the jaggered collar line It’s in good/great condition- some light pink marking near one of the arm pits. Shown in last photo I think it fits the S mannequin here pretty good so I’d say best fit for a S. Measurements are shown as well
