There was a tag with the name Hadid glued over the original Marc Laurent label, I am located in Burbank California where many productions and events take place so I do run across items custom made for and sometime worn by celebrities. I do not have any verification that this was in fact modeled or worn by one of the Hadid sisters but that it my assumption with way the personalized label was glued onto the tag.
