tinahsu @flygirl79as Hi! Sorry that was confusing. However, in the comments, you said "how do you specify black" on 9/14 and I responded on 9/15 saying "I'll send the black one, no worries!" Since you didn't respond and since you originally said "how do you specify black," I assumed you wanted the black one. If you were confused about the description, you should've asked "does this come with both bags" because by asking "how do you specify black" it seems like you know it only came with one!

flygirl79as Thank you for your apology. Not all customers are the same. Nor is a situation as obvious as one thinks. As obvious as it may have seemed on your end there is also another way to look at this. Yes, I did ask can you specify black, however it was with the thought you had (2) black bags & (2) grey bags to sell since your description listed (2). I was very pleased with the bag you sent me my disappointment was actually a compliment to the excellent condition of your item.
