New! This is NWT plaid tweed skirt with a 1/2 zipper up the back. This beautiful designer skirt was purchased for my daughter but I just found it in the shopping bag in her closet. She said it ran small more like a sz 6 and never gave it to me to exchange. My daughters' are blessed with T & A so it might fit an 8 with less of a tush. This is a beautiful lined light weight plaid tweed , perfect for any season.

marcyli @yelenal ok, it doesn't have stretch in this stunning fabric. The waist measures 16" flat , the hips measure 19" flat and the length from top of waistband to bottom is 18" . It should hit just above your knees, business appropriate. Hope this helps.😀

marcyli @dbarkoren it is a size 8 but it is designed for a less curvy more straight body type. My daughter said it was too snug on her but for her. I can measure when I am in my store tomorrow( that is where I keep it.
