adwv19 @manda_r87 can I ask you a quick question? I know you been selling awhile on Poshmark and there’s no way to get a quick answer from them since it’s by email only.

adwv19 @manda_r87 I purchased an item and had to turn it into a case due to it not being authentic. Poshmark approved my case a issued a return label for the item to be shipped back but seller has stated she does not want the item back. So how will this work with my refund if item isn’t returned on my part, is it even possible to get my money back if that’s not done?

manda_r87 You have to return it. Thats the only way poshmark sees that it was returned and can refund you. However, the seller can counter file a claim if its not returned and the item is damaged or not returned in the same condition as sent.

manda_r87 of course - idk who the seller is but save your screen shots - sounds like the seller is still trying to get their money out of it if they are telling you to keep it so you get screwed. of course! also check out what i have posted - need to get it all sold ASAP! :)
