kellygiuliano I was so stoked to receive such a beautiful bag (I purchased in the other color) but after a few wears the center piece containing the two straps ripped right off, for no apparent reason. I know it wasn’t the weight because I kept the load very light. I loved this bag so much but it is unusable after a few wears. Is there anything you can do about this? I think I happened to get a defective bag. I can resend it back if you would like. Thank you for listening! @coolleen

I adore this bag and it really looks like excellent craftsmanship, so I was surprised that the center piece ripped all in one shot. I know it wasn’t a weight issue because it is a bit delicate and I never carried anything heavy. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you again.
