Maje “Lando” Navy and Polka Dot/Chain Pattern Top

BRAND NEW WITH TAGS! I bought this for a trip along with a few other items but didn’t love it the way I thought I would. It’s a beautiful top and I steamed it so that the ruffles would fall right. The top has never been worn and still has its tags, I just didn’t get around to returning it within the proper time frame. Tag says “3” for its size which fits between an XSmall to a Medium due to the smocking and adjustable straps. I’m very tall (5’10.5) and this top drops to just about an inch or so above my natural waistline. On someone who’s normal/average height, this top should fit as intended with it falling more closely to the actual waistline (rather than above it).
