Maison hotel nwt gorgeous embroidered dress with quilted vest. Size small

New with tags Maison hotel dress made in India with 100% cotton. Beautiful quilted vest. Size small. I posted length measurements direct from vendor (bought directly from Maison hotel) but the waist line s 14.5 laid flat (the bottom of quilted vest) There are two snaps and then four buttons that button up the vest fully.
