Magali Pascal Valeria XS pink NWT

This is a NWT Magali Pascal Valeria dress in Women's XS, with ruffles at the sleeves and shirring at the shoulders. The color on the tag is "Blush" but this is more of a rose color in my opinion. It is in excellent condition, no flaws, and is lightweight fabric--great for warm weather. Would also make a cute swim cover up. The skirt is lined; it has ties on the waist that can be tightened or left loose depending on how you want to wear it.
