allbudsnoseeds Does because they are authorized dealer who can issue receipts, accept returns, provide varying degrees of product warranties,. An individual can't give warranties. Tge retailer can because they have a contract with the naufacturer. U can't charge 5000 for a gaming pc build all last gen ,, budget build cpu gpu, 16gb ram, old Tuff AIO making 4 exhaust and 1 intake all alone pulling from the bottom.
