NEW WITHOUT TAG. I purchased these NEW, removed the tag, and trimmed the fray strings from the bottom, then realized they didn’t fit me. I thought I was still a size 30. 😢. These are gorgeous! But only tried on by me. I paid 25. more than the listed price. Last photo shows trimmed fray.
