Do you have photos of this on a hanger? Would this require hemming for someone 5’1? Would the waist fit a 23inch waist or would it be loose?

@jasminen13 hello! I can upload a picture of it on the hanger! I am 5’2” and it would’ve needed to be hemmed. It came in last minute for a wedding, therefore I didn’t try it on. The size guide says the waist (inches) is 24-24.8.
