MEDIUM women EXPRESS spaghetti strap maxi dress

There is some wear on the bottom inner lining of the dress ( see pictures). Dress has no stretch except for the elastic areas. Measured with the dress LAID FLAT: Armpit to armpit 14 1/2" across but can stretch to 16" Waist 12 1/2" across but can stretch to 16" Hip 23" across From the top center of bust down to the waist is 11" long The SIDES of the dress from the armpit to bottom hemline 50 1/2" long
