MAC Heroine lipglass, new in box

This is for a brand new in box, authentic Heroine lipglass. It has never been opened or used (you can still see the air space at the top of the gloss), however it seems that the lipglass has separated a little somehow and spread into that space. It's authentic, and was purchased from the MAC counter at my local Macy's when it was LE and were purchased as backups. I'm happy to take more photos if needed. I have 2 of these, and both have the same thing going on.
